Lorde Denies Lip-Syncing During 'SNL' Performance: 'I Never Have, I Never Will'

The GRAMMY nominee says she's flattered that some people think she wasn't really singing on the show.

Lorde is flattered that some people think she lip-synced her performance on Saturday Night Live this weekend.

"Wow, the fact that some people thought I was lip-syncing on SNL is an awesome compliment!" she tweeted.

Lorde then denied the claims, adding, "Goes without saying i have never/will never haha."

On Saturday, the 19-year-old GRAMMY nominee performed "Magnets" with Disclosure. Sam Smith also hit the SNL stage with the group to perform their track, "Omen."

"So much ?❤️? to @Disclosure who I love supporting and @samsmithworld who I just plain love," Lorde tweeted. "We're just a bunch of kids from far away places and we played on SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE! It's all a bit overwhelming and I'm crazy grateful."
