Production sources tell ET that the 21-year-old pop star was scheduled to shoot his parade performance on Tuesday evening in New York City after appearing on The Late Show, but abruptly canceled both for undisclosed personal reasons.
ET has reached out to CBS and Bieber's rep for additional details, but the singer did tweet about not showing up to The Late Show.
It's still unclear if these cancellations will impact Bieber's other slated appearances.
Regardless, the show will go on without the heartthrob. Hosted by ET's Kevin Frazier and The Insider's Keltie Knight, the holiday special will feature portions from the 89th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, as well as performances by Broadway productions of Jersey Boys and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical.
