Bridesmaids and Ghostbusters co-stars Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy were among the stars chosen for the short film project which recreates the most iconic flight scenes in movie history. Other stars who participated in the fascinating short films include Macbeth's Michael Fassbender, Grace & Frankie's Lily Tomlin, Tangerine's Mya Taylor, Straight Outta Compton's Jason Mitchell, Mad Max: Fury Road's Charlize Theron, Room's Jacob Tremblay, Sicario's Benecio del Toro and Carol's Rooney Mara.
Tomlin recreates the iconic E.T. scene, Taylor reenacts when Marilyn Monroe's windy white dress moment and Mitchell portrays Superman.
The issue starts running in print on Dec. 13, and we gotta say, these shorts really showcase why flying is the best superpower.
