Zoe Saldana has a message to her fellow "mommies of the world" when it comes to getting in shape after giving birth: "It pays off to work hard!"
The 37-year-old actress -- who welcomed twin boys, Bowie and Cy, with husband Marco Perego in November 2014 -- took to Instagram on Thursday to show off her fit post-pregnancy physique by rocking one of the skin-tight costume from Guardians of the Galaxy, which she wore in 2013 before getting pregnant.

"Holy S---! You guys, I had to share this," Zoe captioned the impressive pic. "After twins I can't believe I was able to slip into this!"
The stunning star credited her exercise regimen and her healthy lifestyle for her jaw-dropping figure, which she admitted was "hard work," and assured other mothers, "If I did it you can too."

Saldana has been very open about her efforts to get in shape after giving birth. In a video she posted to Facebook in April, she even showed how she works out and entertains her young sons at the same time.
Hopefully, her healthy lifestyle won't be derailed by the sweet-tooth temptations of the holiday season -- Saldana has made it clear that she is taking Christmas very seriously this year.
After sharing her super-fit selfie, the Avatar actress posted a video of herself decorating the family's Christmas tree with color-changing lights while listening to "This Christmas" by Wham!.

In February, Saldana spoke with ET aboutbeing a new mom where she revealed that she's "enjoying every minute of it."
