"I understand that I need to help myself way before I can help her or my kids or whatever," Scott said. "But it's just been a really hard time going from, like, having all of you guys to having nobody, you know?"

“It’s just terrible, but, like, if I didn't have those kids I would kill myself,” he painfully continued, referring to the the three children he shares with Kourtney. “But I have them and I'm going to be here and I'm going to make it right for them.”

Kris, who had visited Scott while he was in rehab last October, also shared her feelings.

I was very conflicted because I want to make sure you're OK too,” she told Scott. “You're the father of my grandchildren, we love you, you just don't turn love off like a switch."
