Lydia Hearst just got engaged to Chris Hardwick late last year and already she's getting a hands-on lesson in motherhood.

"Table for one. Dinner for three. #CommitToSomething," Equinox captioned the pic on the company's Instagram.

The "Commit to Something" campaign seem to be promoting anything but fitness. Other Equinox ads include a cat lady, an orgy scene, a nearly-naked man lying in money and a super chiseled cult leader. The tagline reads: "It's not fitness. It's life."

While Hearst's breastfeeding photo is sure to raise some eyebrows, a slew of celebrities have come forward over the years in support of nursing their newborns in public.
