Nick Young gets real about wedding planning with Iggy Azalea.

Nobody ever said planning a wedding was easy.

Rapper Iggy Azalea got engaged to NBA star Nick Young last June, and Young recently admitted that the preparation for their big day isn't going as smoothly as planned.

"Whew, a nightmare in its own. I think we should go to the courthouse," Young, 30, told Billboard when asked how wedding planning was going. "It's tough, it takes a lot of time and compromising and arguing but eventually the women always win. I think [wedding days] should just be women's day."

When ET caught up with Swaggy P at the Kids' Choice Sports Awards last July, the Los Angeles Lakers star said he's definitely at least planning the menu at their nuptials. "[I] told her I would do the food part," he said, "and she would do everything else."

"I am trying to figure it out," he added. "I got to figure out how many people are coming, and then we go from there."

Azalea and Young's wedding already promises to be a big event, with the rapper's close friend, Demi Lovato, taking on bridesmaid duties. Last June, Azalea admitted that she wants to go all out when it comes to her wedding dress.

"I think I'd like something very glamorous and big ... maybe a big, long train," Azalea, 25, dished to Australia's Today show. "I think when you are a celebrity you get to -- fortunately -- go on red carpets so much and wear the sexy silhouette gown, so I've worn my fair share of those, but don't ever get to wear something big with the train. I might do the whole thing."

The "Fancy" rapper also said that the wedding will happen this July or August.

"She's pretty chill," Lovato said of the bride to be in July during an interview with a New Zealand radio station. "So I can't imagine that she'll be one of those brides that will be super particular."

But one thing Young is also super excited about this year aside from their wedding is the release of his fiancee's highly anticipated new album, Digital Distortion.

"Aw man, it’s gonna be the best album of 2016," he boldly declared. "I got my Swaggy P feature on it so that’s why it’s gon’ blow up. I see how hard she be in the studio and I heard a couple songs. Couple surprises and a lot of features on there. It’ll be dope."
