1. Mark Harmon
Before NCIS, the actor performed a rescue similar to Foxx's. In 1996, he pulled two teenage boys to safety after their car crashed near his Brentwood, California home and caught on fire.
2. Harrison Ford
The Indiana Jones star rescued hikers on two different occasions. On his ranch in Wyoming in 2001, he located a missing boy scout after joining a search party. Earlier that same year, Harrison also found a female hiker who had climbed the mountain but couldn't get down. He placed the woman in his helicopter and transported her to the hospital.
3. Charlize Theron
The Oscar winner helped a security guard at the Academy Awards in 2013 after he collapsed from a seizure.
4. Mila Kunis
The Jupiter Ascending star also helped a man suffering from a seizure. In 2012, Kunis reportedly rushed to help the man who had collapsed at her home. While a friend called 911, Kunis stayed with the man and turned his head to the side.
The GRAMMY winner caught wind of a news report about a man threatening to jump off a 22-story building in downtown Atlanta while on his way to a recording studio in 2010. In an effort to help, T.I. recorded a video asking the man to come down and talk to him. The man agreed to meet with T.I. for a brief conversation and was later taken to a hospital to receive treatment for severe depression.
6. Tom Cruise
In 1996, the Golden Globe winner came to the aid of a female pedestrian who had been struck by a hit-and-run driver in Los Angeles. Cruise stayed by her side at the hospital and when he found out she wasn't insured, he reportedly paid her $7,000 bill.
7. Dustin Hoffman
The Oscar winner helped a man who suffered a heart attack while jogging in London in 2012. Dustin called Britain's emergency number and stayed with the jogger until paramedics arrived and got the man's heart starting again through CPR.
8. Patrick Dempsey
In 2012, the former Grey's Anatomy star helped save a teenager after he totaled his car in Malibu, California, reportedly using a crowbar to pry the teen from the vehicle.
9. Garth Brooks
The country music icon and another man pounded on the door of a house where two brothers, aged 10 and 14, were home alone on vacation from school when they noticed a grass fire headed their way. Brooks loaded the boys into his truck and drove them to safety.
10. Blake Shelton
The country singer helped rescue a group of four young men -- Bryar Blanton, Lenyell Blanton, Josh Turner and Adrian Poplin -- who were stuck in a mudslide near the Washita River in Ardmore, Oklahoma, on Nov. 13, 2015. Blake came across them while driving with his dog Betty and helped pull them out with his tractor.
