made a bold move and filmed a live music video for her song, "Make Me Like You," during the 2016 GRAMMYs, and unfortunately, her body double took a tumble on roller blades during the set.

We see the No Doubt frontwoman up and in a new costume during the next shot, and it's unclear whether the moment was planned. (If so, props to the actress, because that looked painful.)

Meanwhile, before the bout with gravity, Gwen had us falling to pieces when she incorporated a cute shout-out to her bae, Blake Shelton, in the video -- a neon bar sign that read "Blake."
