The Modern Family star made an unannounced appearance at the 58th Annual GRAMMY Awards on Monday night when she joined Pitbull on stage for the final performance of the night.

The Colombian beauty shared a sneak peek of her dance rehearsals with Pitbull just a few hours before the show on her Instagram with a sassy slow-motion video.
This isn't the first time that Pitbull and the 43-year-old actress have shared a dance. Pitbull performed a high-energy version of "Fireball" at Sofia and Joe's wedding reception back in November.
