The 16-year-old is following in the supermodel footsteps of his older sisters, Gigi and Bella, by signing to IMG Models. All three are now represented by the same agency.

The announcement was made on Friday and IMG Vice President David Cunningham posted a picture of the teen to his Instagram page. "Anwar. Get ready," he wrote, alongside the hashtag #IMGstars.
Anwar's mother, Yolanda Foster -- who recently announced her intention to publicly retake the Hadid last name -- excitedly reposted the photo. "It's official......... Signed @imgmodels @anwarhadid #SummerJobsComingUp #NYC," she wrote on Instagram.

Although his contract has only just been announced, Hadid's portfolio page already features several professional spreads.
Big sisters Gigi and Bella have already been working their way to the top of the modeling world since signing with IMG in 2011 and 2014, respectively.

Hadid has remained quiet about the announcement so far, but he did post this arty black-and-white shot in front of a Hollywood tour bus. Perhaps he was thinking of his own soon-to-be rising fame?
