Kate Middleton and Prince William took their precious children, 2-year-old Prince George and 10-month-old Princess Charlotte, on their first snowy vacation in the French Alps -- and the photos are too adorable for words.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to share new photos of their family enjoying a short ski break," Kensington Palace tweeted on Monday morning. "This was their first holiday as a family of four and the first time either of the children have played in the snow."

The royal family couldn't look happier as they pose in their stylish outerwear for photographer John Stillwell. One of the sweet moments captured is of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge having a playful snow ball fight. "The Duke and Duchess hope people enjoy these photos," the caption reads.

In another photo, Princess Charlotte is seen giggling in the arms of her smiling father. Prince William, 33, recently gushed over what an easygoing baby his daughter has been but admitted that he was warned that raising a girl can be tough when she gets older.

"Please tell me it gets easier," he quipped (via The Telegraph). "Charlotte is very easy, she is sweet. But all the fathers say to me, 'Just you wait, when they get to nine or 11, they get crazy.'"
