The 32-year-old yoga instructor recently took to Instagram to share a lingerie selfie, in which she flaunts her growing baby bump. Last week, Hilaria announced she's pregnant with her third child with her husband, 57-year-old actor Alec Baldwin. The two are already parents to 2-year-old Carmen, and 9-month-old Rafael.
"I posted belly photos every two weeks when I was pregnant with Rafa. I didn't have the guts to do it the first time around with Carmen," Hilaria writes. "The purpose? To show that we don't need to be ashamed or hide the pregnant figure. These are common emotions in our society that elevates a thin body above all else."
"Being my third baby in three years, I am a true believer that our bodies are amazing, and we should celebrate them, rather than feel embarrassed and hide until the baby weight is entirely gone," she continues. "For both women and men: we create life...so let's honor how we make these miracles. Every pregnancy is different, so we shall see what happens this time around, ready to take the journey with me? Deep breath, pressing 'share.'"
"I've come to a point in my life where I'm not trying to be skinny, I'm just trying to be healthy, and I've found that if I don't really stress about it, the weight kind of just comes off," Hilaria wrote in a food and fitness diary she shared with Cosmopolitan.com.
That being said, the former dancer has a pretty healthy diet. Hilaria -- who's been a vegetarian since she was five years old and was a vegan before getting pregnant with Carmen -- also avoids "chips or crackers or anything like that."
"I'm weird in that I love vegetables and salad, especially in the summer," she shared. "People tell me I'm so disciplined, but I grew up eating this way."
