Demi Lovato shared an X-ray with her 35 million Twitter followers while recounting a pretty gnarly paddle boarding accident.
"So one time I went surfing/paddle boarding without my glasses or contacts and wiped out... Which gave me whiplash," she tweeted on Monday night.

After her water sports flub, it sounds like Lovato is considering Lasik eye surgery. "On the bright side," she wrote, "After Thursday, I won't ever have to use contacts or glasses again. (Hopefully)."
The 23-year-old pop star also recalled another injury she endured. "Remember that one time I broke my fibula WALKING???" she quipped. "Yeah... Time for a bubble. #WHATISWRONGWITHME"

We don't doubt that Lovato's boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama, will be very supportive if she does undergo surgery for her eyesight. ET caught up with the 36-year-old actor this past month, and he couldn't help but gush over his girlfriend.
"We've been in each other's lives for her entire journey, so to see her evolve as such a multi-faceted artist to me - is really -- what people needed to see," he said. "I've known this about her for a very long time, so I'm very proud of her."
