If you're Chelsea Handler, you apparently get your dear friend, Reese Witherspoon, a nude selfie. That's exactly what the Chelsea Does star posted on Instagram -- posing completely naked except for a pair of black stockings -- to celebrate Witherspoon's 40th birthday on Tuesday.
