"First day back on set am shooting with @bobbyflay," she captioned the pic. "Nice to be with my brother."

Lee underwent a double mastectomy last May after being diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2015. The 51-year-old suffered a setback in August when complications from her surgery left her hospitalized with an infection, but in September she opened up to ET's Nancy O'Dell about being cancer free.

"I would make that decision again," Lee said of her surgery. "Absolutely, even given the complications and the secondary infection. There is no question in my mind. [I'm] relieved that there is no cancer left in my body and I just want to move on with my life."

Lee also credited her longtime boyfriend, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, for being her rock throughout her battle with cancer and recovery from the mastectomy.

"He was the last person that I saw before I went out [for surgery]," she recalled. "He was in his scrubs, I was in my scrubs."

Lee is now a Stand Up to Cancer ambassador, who devotes time to raise awareness among women and encourage them to get early detection.
