Could Beyonce's Lemonade be a serious Emmy contender?

HBO plans to submit he "Formation" singer's acclaimed new visual album for Emmy consideration, Variety reports.

Although it was only debuted for a 27 hour window, Queen Bey's newest work is eligible for the Outstanding Variety Special category, and it actually wouldn't be the first time the pop megastar has received a nomination.

The Grammy-winner earned Emmy nods for her Super Bowl halftime show in 2013, along with her "On the Run Tour" special with husband Jay Z, whose marriage with the singer and alleged infidelity is the focal point for much of the album. And if the singer is able to bring home the golden statue home this year, get ready for the bey-hive to put her EGOT campaigning into full force!

Meanwhile, Bey and Jay were spotted out together in Miami, Florida on Tuesday, marking their first public appearance after the "Becky" controversy that followed Lemonade's release.

Despite all the speculation, Jay Z looks relaxed in the photos, even taking one opportunity to kick back with a cigar ahead of his wife's first "Formation World Tour" stop at Marlins Park.
