Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are still very much together.

The couple was spotted out and about in Cannes, France, on Wednesday, where they've been mixing business with pleasure during the Cannes Film Festival. Perry, 31, and Bloom, 39, were all smiles as they enjoyed the sunny weather, the "Teenage Dream" singer showing some leg in a striped, off-the-shoulder MSGM minidress.

On Monday, the two spent time with their famous pals, taking a boat ride with Kate Hudson, writer Derek Blasberg, and Russian businessman Roman Abramovich's wife, Dasha Zhukova. Perry looked glam for the occasion, sporting vintage-style sunglasses and a star-print Valentino romper, as she snuggled up next to her beau.

Later, Perry and Bloom had lunch with Hudson, Zhukova, and supermodel Kate Moss at La Colombe d'Or restaurant.

The couple has been packing on the PDA at Cannes, where Perry is performing at amfAR's annual Cinema Against AIDS event on Thursday. On Monday, the two were snapped kissing aboard Abramovich's luxury yacht in the French Riviera.

Clearly, Perry and Bloom appear to be over the photos of the Lord of the Rings actor hugging Selena Gomez, 23, in a booth at LIGHT nightclub in Las Vegas earlier this month. Despite their flirty appearance, an eyewitness at the time told ET that while there was "leg touching and hugging" as Bloom and Gomez "talked closely," no one saw any kissing.

"Katy and Orlando are the real deal and are totally in love. We've never seen Katy this happy and so smitten," a source told ET. "They are head over heels for each other."

Perry later called the Bloom and Gomez rumors a "dumb conspiracy" on Twitter. "Instead of giving energy and eyeballs to dumb conspiracy, check out how cool this is," Perry tweeted last Thursday along with a link to a Time article about Bloom's efforts as a UNICEF goodwill ambassador.
