Star Ellen DeGeneres premiered the new clip on her talk show on Tuesday.
Nothing’s stronger than the bonds of family! In Pixar’s highly anticipated film Finding Dory, the beloved fish Dory (voiced by Ellen DeGeneres) is in search of her parents, who she lost long ago.
A new trailer, which exclusively premiered on Tuesday’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, featured the forgetful fish searching high and low for her lost family members. She accidentally gets sent to the Marine Life Institute or “a fish hospital” where she continues looking while Nemo and his dad Marlin desperately try to get her back.
Dory and her friends also encounter new sea creatures along the way including a giant octopus that glows in the dark and some argumentative sea lions.

At one point Dory loses some faith, saying, “I don’t know why I could do this.”
Marlin, who Dory helped in Finding Nemo, tells her, “Dory you are about to find your parents and when you do that you’ll be…”
“Home,” she finishes. Sob.
