Macklemore is an advocate for the LGBTQ community.

The "Same Love" rapper joins a growing list of presenters -- including Emma Stone, Lance Bass, Chloe Grace Moretz, Janet Mock and Candis Cayne -- who will speak at the Trailblazer Honors, an annual ceremony recognizing leaders who advocate for LGBTQ equality, which this year will be dedicated to the Orlando shooting victims and their families.

Ahead of the event, a bevy of stars, including Christina Aguilera, Rachel Platten, LeVar Burton, Kelly Osbourne, Glenn Close, Whoopi Goldberg, Rita Ora, Boy George and more, took part in a video advocating for stronger gun laws and solidarity with Orlando.
