Kourtney Kardashian is taking "work hard, play hard" to a whole new level.
The 37-year-old reality star has been living it up on her girls' getaway to the Bahamas, while still finding time to work on her fitness with her close pals, Larsa Pippen and Isabela Grutman.

Kardashian took to Snapchat on Wednesday to reveal some of the trio's beach-inspired exercises, which consisted of performing lunges in their swimsuits on a dock.
"We're working out on vacation," the mother of three explained in one of the videos.

The girls vacationed to paradise in celebration of Pippen's 42nd birthday, and judging by their myriad of social media posts, it appears they've been having a blast.
The birthday girl took to Instagram to share a pic of herself sporting a strappy black bikini, oversized sunglasses and braided locks.
Kardashian, who also spent Fourth of July weekend with Pippen in Miami, followed in her footsteps, posting a series of videos and pics to the popular app.
"Happy birthday to my fly as hell boo!" she captioned one of the snaps. "I am so happy I got to celebrate with you today and for the past two weeks lol. I love you so much!"

The bikini-clad gals showed off their toned backsides in a slow-motion video of them holding hands and jumping into the crystal blue water.
"On a boat," Kardashian captioned it.
They also posed for pics "on a beach…"
