Khloe Kardashian is once again killing it in the gym -- and encouraging her fans to do the same!
The 32-year-old reality star took to Instagram on Friday to share a video of herself exercising her abs with the help of her personal trainer (and Fat Joe and Remy Ma's "All the Way Up" jam) cheering her on.
In the video, which was taken on Snapchat, Kardashian rocks a tight black tank top, baseball cap and black and neon green workout pants. "100 ab rollers" she wrote over the clip, accompanied with a flexed arm emoji.
"If I can do it. You can do it," the fitness guru captioned the video. "It all starts with day 1! It's a lifestyle now."
The blond beauty has been very vocal about her newfound love for the gym and her impressive 35-pound weight loss journey. She began shedding the pounds as a way to help her cope with her "dark and toxic" struggles with her estranged ex, Lamar Odom.
"At the time, my family didn't know what I was going through," she told Harper's Bazaar. "It was the biggest secret I've kept. I just needed a place to go. [The gym] had a TV and I could watch The Real Housewives on an elliptical. No one talked to me. I loved that solitude."
