White, who made it to the finals of the singing competition's seventh season, announced her pregnancy in February, sharing a photo of her son's sonogram. The road to baby number two was a difficult one for White, who experienced secondary infertility before conceiving her son via IVF.

When she announced the happy news of her pregnancy on Instagram, the 33-year-old artist acknowledged the struggle, writing, "WHEW, It's been a process. infertility is hard. IVF is downright crazy, I've been a hormonal mess for several months, but it's totally worth it, because it finally worked. Hallelujah!"

White has been sharing her pregnancy journey with fans, posting adorable baby bump photos her Instagram and her blog, The Girls with Glasses.

Bumpdate: My plan was to be induced at 39 weeks. Yes, That would be today... BUT after my visit with the doc on Monday, we had an ultrasound and my little guy is 8lbs 4 oz, and while that's ample, he's not as big as I thought he'd be, and I'm just about a 2.5 cm down yonder (tmi), not as far as I thought I'd be, So we're just gonna keep going (and growing ?) and contracting and peeing the night away and let this delicious butterball turkey come out of the oven when he's ready! That being said, he's got till sept 2 to be ready, and then he's gettin the boot! Whew! Feeling it for sure but don't want to force it. We induced Loo at 39 weeks and she was a solid 8lbs 12oz, and while it was a fairly smooth (but still painful/scary) labor, I'd like to give my bod a little more time to try to do this on its own ( and then w/epidural of course?). And PS, anxiety is starting to settle in... I might be really scared to give birth again, cause of things I can't control, and also, now I know ? but super duper excited, but really terrified! More on that later. In the meantime there's plenty to do. Also it turns out that my floor guy is coming to finish floors today (instead of Tuesday, thank you Lord) and hopefully done by the weekend! Then I just got to get Gustavo the lone painter here to paint the walls and we can maybe move all our stuff upstairs before the baby is born and wow that would be like an early Christmas miracle! Fingers (and legs) crossed! Anywho, I also totally forgot about this shirt my pal @livefreemiranda sent me from her @thecountdownshop at the beginning of my pregnancy and I JUST found it in the wrapping at the bottom of a random pile! Figure I better wear it today just in case!! And lastly, came to TJ Maxx to find some comfy post partum jammies for nursin' (also really scared to do that again, maybe the most challenging thing I ever did for 8 months but gonna go for it again man!) and loafin' and healin', but no luck. Ah well, FEELINGS!? #39weeks #pregnancy #ivfsuccess

She also revealed that her 4-year-old daughter, London, was still getting used to the idea of becoming a family of four. "She woke up this morning and told us she's "just not ready to become a big sister yet," White wrote. “She has been kissing my belly and excited most days for her baby brother, but she's such a perceptive little soul. She's been the only one, she's been my little partner in crime. She knows it's all about to change."

Congratulations to the happy family!
