Jodie Sweetin's Divorce From Third Husband Morty Coyle Finalized
Jodie Sweetin's divorce from ex-husband Morty Coyle has been finalized.
The Fuller House star filed for divorce from Coyle in June 2013 after one year of marriage. The pair began dating in 2009 and welcomed their daughter Beatrix in 2010.
According to court documents obtained by ET, the former couple will share custody of their 6-year-old daughter. As a provision of shared custody, both Sweetin and Coyle can demand a hair follicle drug test if they suspect the other of driving Beatrix while under the influence.
"The minor child shall only be driven by a sober driver," the agreement reads. "Either party may request that the other party submit to hair follicle drug testing at ARC upon 12 hours' notice."

The custody arrangement also dictated how holidays would be divvied up, stating that Sweetin "shall have custody on Christmas Eve commencing at 10:00 a.m. and continuing through December 26th at 10:00 a.m.," while Coyle is allowed to celebrate Christmas with his daughter from December 26 to December 28.
Additionally, Beatrix will spend Thanksgiving Break with Sweetin during "odd-numbered years," while Coyle will get custody during Thanksgiving Break in "even-numbered years."
"The parties shall co-plan the child’s birthday parties (co-plan guest list, location and theme)," the document additionally stated.

Neither Sweetin nor Coyle will be responsible for paying child support, however each of them were rewarded "half of all royalties and residuals earned by either party during the marriage." On top of that, Sweetin is on the hook for $10,000 in "shared property debts."
Coyle was Sweetin's third husband, after first getting married in 2002 to LAPD officer Shaun Holguin when she was 20. They divorced in 2006.
In July 2007, Sweetin tied the knot with Cody Herpin in Las Vegas, Nevada. In April 2008, the former couple welcomed their daughter, Zoie. Seven months later, Sweeting filed for legal separation. Their divorce was finalized days before Sweetin announced she was expecting Beatrix with Coyle.

In January, the 34-year-old DWTS competitor announced that she and boyfriend Justin Hodak had gotten engaged after dating for over two years.
ET caught up with Sweetin and her family at a film premiere in August where she opened up about wedding plans, explaining the couple are "really excited" to get married and are "looking at the end of next year" as a perfect time to tie the knot. Check out the video below to hear more.
