The 'Girl on the Train' star got candid in her new 'Instyle' cover story.

Even glamorous celebs have embarrassing mommy moments! In her new cover story for Instyle, actress Emily Blunt opened up about one such moment shortly after giving birth to her second daughter, Violet.

“After we got home from the hospital, I didn’t shower for a week, and John [Krasinski] and I were like, ‘Let’s go out for dinner,’” she recalled of her husband of six years. “I could last only about an hour because my boobs were exploding. When the milk first comes in, it’s like a tsunami. But we went, just to prove to ourselves that we could feel normal for a second.”

A sense of normalcy is important for the Girl on the Train star, who is adjusting to having two little ones running and crawling around the house.

“It’s a zoo!” she said. “When there was just one kid, somebody would get to sit down. Now nobody gets a break. But John is the most unbelievable daddy. He prioritizes Hazel so she doesn’t miss me too much because I’ve been so consumed with the baby.”

But despite her sweet home life, Blunt won’t be making her personal life public on social media anytime soon.

“You’ve got to draw the line somewhere,” she told the mag. “My job is to persuade people that I’m somebody else and allow them to go on that journey with me. If you share too much about yourself, people’s interest becomes about you as opposed to the roles you have played.”

Blunt recently revealed to ET that her eldest daughter, Hazel, has an adorable reaction to her glam red carpet looks.
