Rob Kardashian got some good news in regards to his health.

In a promo clip for Sunday's Rob and Chyna, the 29-year-old reality star -- who's struggled with his weight for years -- reveals that his nutritionist shared with him that he's "completely free of diabetes."

"That's like the best news I've heard all year, literally," he tells his pregnant fiancee, Blac Chyna.

"What about us having a baby?" Chyna quips. "That's obviously in front of that," Rob laughs. "The baby is obviously the best news. That's of my life."

The couple also discuss moving into a new house together but the Chyna isn't too thrilled about leaving her house. "I'm gonna prove to her that I'm back on track and she hopefully sees that," Rob insists.

Last December, Rob was reportedly hospitalized for his diabetes, and told by doctors that he needed to lose weight, exercise and dramatically change his diet, or his condition would get worse.

Upon meeting Chyna, he appeared to be doing just that, and his famous family has taken notice. Last April, Rob praised his fiancee for being the inspiration he needed to get back in shape. "Looking from where I started 298 lbs to my current weight now (248.4 lbs)," he wrote on Instagram. "I'm focused and determined to reach my goal weight 200-205 lbs …. Happy I found my motivation."

He also gushed over the 28-year-old model in his most recent Instagram post on Thursday, writing: "Love this woman☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘?? can't wait for my baby girl to come already."
