While Cameron has yet to publicly comment on the break-up, the 20-year-old actress shared a cryptic tweet on Thursday.
"Do every single thing in your life with love, consciousness, and through the eyes of your highest self. But don't forget to be spontaneous," Cameron wrote, adding in another tweet, "Slowly but surely."

The former couple began dating in August 2013, after meeting on the set of the Disney Channel series Liv & Maddie, and are scheduled to appear on the show together through 2017.
In April, McCartan revealed the engagement via an Instagram post dedicated to his "new fiancée."
"I can't believe I get to call you that. Thanks for saying yes," McCartan captioned a sweet red carpet pic of he and Cameron.
Besides going through a major split, the exes have separate TV musical projects in the works. McCartan co-stars in the Rocky Horror Picture Show remake premiering on Fox on Oct. 20, while Cameron will appear in NBC's upcoming Hairspray Live! musical, which debuts on Dec. 7.
