Congrats to Ryan Lochte and his new fiancee, Kayla Rae Reid!
The Olympic swimmer popped the question on Sunday, according to a post on his Instagram page, which features Reid showing off her new bling as the couple share a sweet kiss on a hilltop in Los Angeles.

“Memories forever!!! #thelochtes #LA,” Lochte captioned the pic.
Reid shared her own snapshot of the sweet moment (and her stunning sparkler), writing, “Speechless. Absolutely beautiful. So in love with YOU. ❤️.”
"Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte and model Kayla Rae Reid became engaged on October 9," a rep for Lochte told ET in a statement. "On Sunday, Lochte surprised his bride to be with a private helicopter tour of Los Angeles which culminated with a sunset proposal on a Malibu, California mountaintop overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Lochte proposed with a custom designed platinum ring featuring a Radiant cut diamond. The couple has yet to set a wedding date."
Seems like Lochte, who is currently competing on this season of Dancing With the Stars, may have been inspired by this week’s live results show, where DWTS pro Sasha Farber popped the question to fellow dancer Emma Slater!
