Inside Gwyneth Paltrow's Daily Beauty Regimen That Is Clearly Working

Looking this good doesn't come easy and it isn't cheap.

Looking as good as Gwyneth Paltrow at 44 doesn't come easy, but it does pay off.

After the actress posed in her bikini for the November issue of Harper's Bazaar, ET decided to break down her beauty regimen to see what it really takes to look like the gorgeous Goop guru.

As for her fit physique, she admitted to SELF magazine in 2011 that exercise is the only answer. "It's not good genes, it's not luck, it's not fairy dust, it's not a magic trick," she admitted. "It's, like, I work my a** off and that's it. It's like there's no secret."

Over the years, Paltrow has shared with ET some beauty tips, and let's just say they are quite unconventional. "I love the infrared sauna. That has changed my life." she told ET's Carly Steel. "I try to do it two to three times a week."

As Goop explained in one of its blog posts, an infrared sauna can "mobilize and burn fat, which not only helps with weight loss but with detoxification as well, since many of the toxins we absorb are surrounded and trapped by fat."

In addition, Paltrow also gets regular bee sting injections to help with her complexion and thermage therapy that uses radio frequencies to tighten and tone skin.

The mother of two is serious about skincare, especially now that Goop has launched its own line of products. "I've been using the instant facial. It's very active and tingly and it also has exfoliating beads in it. It really brings out the glow," she shared with ET.

As for her diet, she said "a really nutrient dense green juice always makes your skin glow."

Paltrow also subscribes to the elimination diet, where she refrains from eating gluten, sugar, dairy and anything processed.

However, she still likes to indulge from time to time. "I also believe in vodka, red wine and cheese and stuff," Paltrow told ET. "It's all about the balance and being happy. I don't like to deprive myself of anything, but I also like to eat good food, organic food, non GMO food."
