The 36-year-old fashion designer took to Instagram on Thursday to share the newest adorable snap of her mini-mes as they prepared for an early morning flight.

"Up Up and Away #maxidrew #aceknute," she captioned the sweet pic of 4-year-old Maxwell and 3-year-old Ace holding each other close as they boarded a plane.
