Teyana Taylor is sharing her secrets to getting her flawless bod.
The 25-year-old singer had everyone talking after her starring role in Kanye West's music video for "Fade," in which she showed off her incredible physique while dancing in nothing but a bra top and her undies. Even more impressive? She gave birth to her daughter, Junie, only last December.

On Wednesday, Taylor announced her new fitness website, Fade 2 Fitness, which promises to give the secrets to her toned bod. The singer credits dance as the primary way she stays in shape.
"Sign up to stay updated on upcoming dance workouts and behind the scenes footage of my workout choreography that I did to get back in shape after having baby Junie!" she captioned a video of herself once again dancing in a matching bra top and undies. "DON'T SLEEP ON DANCE!! The new year is AROUND THE CORNER so sign up. Submit and dance with me to 2 Get Fit!!!"
In August, Taylor told Vogue that she never hits the gym.
"You're going to gag right now because I would really be lying to you if I told you that I worked out," she told the magazine. "I keep it really real, I don't like to lie and say I work out, three, four times a week. All I do is dance. All I do is dance."
"My diet sucks," she added. "I eat pizza, fried chicken, macaroni; I don’t eat vegetables. But I dance!"
Taylor also hinted that she was planning on sharing her tips to getting her incredible shape.
"Sometime this year, I want to make a DVD. For real," she shared. "Most people are selfish. They’re trying to keep all their secrets to themselves. But I really want to do it to help out all of the ladies."
