"'I am asking you to rethink women, period. Go deep. See the frame that holds the big picture...' So proud of my dear friend, and new mama to be, @amberrosetamblyn Check out her piece on @glamourmag," Lively wrote, praising Tamblyn's essay, The Frame That Holds the Big Picture: How Mothers and Daughters Can Change the Way We Talk About Being Women.

In Tamblyn's piece, posted to Glamour magazine's website on Wednesday, the actress discusses the way her mother reacted to her horrific story of being sexually assaulted -- and shares the news that she's expecting a daughter of her own. Tamblyn chose to share the traumatic experience in light of the recently released video of Donald Trump's derogatory comments toward women, and was clearly happy to have the support of her "sister," Lively.

"Love my Sister so much," Tamblyn wrote, reposting Lively's Instagram. "Look at this collage she made! Someone get me a tissue!!!!!"

The former co-stars definitely have a close relationship, which will no doubt be passed down to their daughters. While Tamblyn announced she was pregnant with a baby girl on Wednesday, Lively, already mom to daughter James, welcomed her and husband Ryan Reynolds' second child last month.
