Zac Efron Kisses Madonna's Hand During Night Out at UFC Fight -- See the Pic
Zac Efron and Madonna are looking pretty friendly with one another.
Efron, 29, and Madonna, 58, spent some time together ringside at UFC 205 on Saturday night in New York City, watching Conor McGregor knock out Eddie Alvarez to clinch the lightweight title. The two sat side by side, and at one point, Efron kissed the legendary singer's hand.
Madonna wore a chic leather jacket for the occasion, while Efron sported a cap and a casual gray T-shirt.

The pair also took plenty of selfies together, though both Madonna and Efron made no mention of one another on their social media accounts. However, they did Instagram video and pics from their enviable seats at Madison Square Garden.
Of course, this isn't the first time the legendary singer has turned heads with a younger man. Madonna went to see 44-year-old Idris Elba kickbox as part of his upcoming TV series, Idris Elba: Fighter, last month, though the British actor quickly took to Twitter to shut down romance reports between the two.

And Efron and Madonna weren't the only celebs creating a splash at the UFC fight. Demi Lovato went public with her new beau, UFC fighter Luke Rockhold. The two held hands, and even made things Instagram official.
