Amber Rose Is Taking a Social Media Hiatus

But the 'Loveline' host won't be totally MIA from your Instagram feed.

Amber Rose
is ready for a break.

The 33-year-old Dancing With the Stars alum announced on Monday that she's going on hiatus from social media for the rest of 2016, while wishing her fans "Happy Holidays."

"Hey guys, just wanted to let everyone know that I'm taking the rest of the year off of social media," Rose said in a video posted to Instagram, using Snapchat's popular flower crown filter. "I'll have Jill, my assistant, post some cool stuff for me and I'll see you in the new year!"

Rose has had a whirlwind year, from launching her MuvaMoji app and an eponymous VH1 talk show, to hosting a podcast reboot of the iconic Loveline talk radio franchise and orchestrating her second annual SlutWalk in Los Angeles. All that, and she made it to the top 10 on the 23rd season of DWTS.

But her favorite role is undoubtedly "Mom." Muva seems to already be enjoying the holiday season with her 3-year-old son, Sebastian, whom she shares with ex-husband Wiz Khalifa.

Just last week, Rose posted a sweet snap of Baby Bash posing with antler ears on an outing at a natural history museum.
