Mama June Documents Extensive Plastic Surgery, Body Transformation in New Show 'From Not to Hot'

June Shannon, aka Mama June, is getting a whole new lease on life.

The Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star has a new docu-dramedy on WE tv titled Mama June: From Not to Hot, which follows the 37-year-old reality star as she embarks on a quest of self-discovery. Following her breakup from her ex, Sugar Bear -- who recently tied the knot to another woman -- she not only underwent a series of extensive plastic surgeries, but also intensive workouts with a trainer.

In a sneak peek of the seven one-hour episodes, Mama June recalls her failed attempt at reconciling with Sugar Bear on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars. In the first episode, titled "Thin-Tervension," June learns that Sugar Bear is planning to tie the knot to another woman, and begins her "revenge" game plan, which includes dieting and getting back into the dating world.

"The bast**d was cheating on me, but the truth can also set you free," Mama June says in the preview. "When I got home, first I kicked Sugar's a** to the curb, then I got a whole new curb. I used the last of my savings and bought me, [daughters] Pumpkin and Alana a brand new home in my hometown. Goodbye old life, goodbye men that don't treat me right, goodbye this whole body. When I'm done, I'm not gonna even recognize my own self in the mirror. Y'all better get ready."

The preview also shows Mama June lying in the hospital bed prior to her weight-loss surgery, when she and her 17-year-old daughter, Lauryn "Pumpkin" Thompson, shed tears.

"After the weight-loss surgery, I'm gonna look completely different," the mother of four says. "I know you're worried about me not coming back."

Though in Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson's typical blunt way, she breaks the tension in a hilarious way.

"I kinda have something to say but I really don't want to," the 11-year-old former beauty pageant star says. "I'm hungry."

Mama June: From Not to Hot debuts Friday, Feb. 24 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on WE tv.

In August, Mama June revealed she lost 150 pounds in a year, and visited Botched doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif, hoping to get some of her excess skin removed.
