Mama June's body transformation is definitely going to be a shocking one.
A new sneak peek of the 37-year-old reality star's highly anticipated WE tv docu-dramedy -- Mama June: From Not to Hot -- dropped on Friday, and teases that Mama June gets all the way down to a size 4 with the help of surgery, dieting and working out intensely with a trainer. The show calls it "the most shocking transformation in reality TV history."
"In the past year, we have seen the impossible become possible," the voiceover starts, citing the Chicago Cubs' World Series win in over a century and Donald Trump becoming president of the United States. "But can Mama June actually be a size 4?"
Prior to the massive weight loss, the series shows the mother of four at presumably her lowest. She steps on a scale that reads 352 pounds, and gets some tough talk from her 17-year-old daughter, Lauryn "Pumpkin" Thompson.
"You're spiraling out of control, and we're all scared for you," Pumpkin says.
"I know with time, carrying the weight around, I could die," Mama June admits.
Of course, From Not to Hot also documents Mama June's return to the dating scene, after her ex, Sugar Bear -- who's the father of their daughter, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star Alana Thompson -- gets married to another woman. The tease reveals that Sugar Bear wanted the family to attend the wedding, which, not surprisingly, Mama June has reservations about. However, dating is a challenge for her.
"Dating is harder than I thought it was going to be," she admits, as one date walks out on her.
"I'm changing my body and my love life," she later says with determination. "I'm about to start the biggest transformation of my life. This surgery is the scariest thing I've ever done, but there is a skinnier person inside of me."

Fans will have to tune in for the results of the big transformation, though it does prompt Pumpkin to proclaim, "There ain't no way in hell that's you mama."
