EXCLUSIVE: Mama June Shocks Sugar Bear With Her Weight Loss Transformation: 'Oh Sh**!'

Mama June Shannon's nerves nearly got the best of her when she came face-to-face with her ex-husband, Mike “Sugar Bear” Thompson, after slimming down to a size four.

In ET's exclusive first look at Friday's episode of Mama June: From Not to Hot on WE tv, the 37-year-old reality star returns to the house she shared with Sugar Bear in McIntyre, Georgia, and brings along her personal trainer, Kenya Crooks, and daughters Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson and Lauryn "Pumpkin" Shannon.

"Just being back in McIntyre brings back a lot of bad memories. People who haven't seen me in a couple of years are going to be shocked," Mama June says. "Like, what the f**k am I doing here? That's the house I used to live in with the kids when Alana was little. Yeah, they did a lot of work to the house and it looks better, but it's still the same, damn house. That house doesn't serve good memories."

As they pull up to his residence, Sugar Bear is outside to greet everyone, but Mama June is apprehensive to get out of the vehicle. "I know I look good but I am kind of nervous," she admits. "This is the first time I've seen Sugar Bear since the surgery, and I don't know what he's going to think."

Before exiting the SUV, Mama June nervously declares, "I don't know if I'm ready for this."

While we've yet to see Sugar Bear's initial reaction to Mama June's weight loss transformation, the promo clip does give viewers a glimpse as to what he thinks when he exclaims, "Oh sh**!"

Over the weekend, Mama June was photographed for the first time since debuting her size four figure on last week's episode of From Not to Hot. Decked out in exercise tights, sneakers and a maroon hoodie, the former Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star looked nearly unrecognizable.
