Kendra Wilkinson isn’t shy about her adventures with Botox, but nearly a year after documenting her first procedure on Snapchat, she’s staying away -- and for good reason.
The 32-year-old Kendra on Top star revealed to ET that she’s recently stopped going in for Botox treatments because of her commitments to her Las Vegas play, Sex Tips for Straight Women From a Gay Man, which runs through August.

“You want to know the honest truth right now? I’m actually laying off of Botox right now because it’s helping me with my facial expressions during my play. I’m so excited to be a part of the acting world, I’m actually willing to let my face age,” Wilkinson said with a laugh. “I’m serious! I’m not joking.”
“I really want to explore this world and it’s important to not have your face not move if you want to explore your acting world. You need your face to move,” she reiterated.
The former Girls Next Door star recalled her Playboy days back in the early 2000s, when she says she was “considered plastic.”
“But nowadays, I’m considered natural,” Wilkinson said. “It’s weird. People always say, ‘You’re so natural,’ and I’m like, ‘Wow, that’s how plastic our world has gotten.'”

Wilkinson shared that she now has a new perspective on getting older, reaffirming that she wouldn’t undergo other plastic surgery procedures – though she’s OK with the occasional Botox procedure once in a while (for instance, “to take away this big a** dent [on my head],” she quipped).
“I honestly don’t like to touch [any parts of my body with plastic surgery]. I like natural,” she said. “I’m curious to see how I age and again, I’m not here to impress anybody. I’m not here for anybody. I don’t really care about trolls, so I actually am curious to see how I age. My boobs are one thing, but my face is another -- I might just have fun experiencing my aging process.”
Kendra on Top premieres Friday at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT on WE tv.
