"Five years later and she's still leaving little notes for me. It's one of dozens she's left me over the years and I just felt like sharing this one so you guys can get a glimpse of how incredible my wife is," Sean captioned the pic. "Also, I welcome your congratulatory comments for locking down such a smart, loving, caring, hottie with a smokin' body. Yay me!"

ET caught up with Sean and Catherine at their Dallas, Texas, home in April, where they opened up about the secret to their lasting relationship.

“Part of our success comes from the fact that we're not the typical Bachelor couple,” Sean said at the time. “We don't do a lot of the Bachelor reunions and go and meet up -- that's just not us. We live our own life and do our own thing, so we don’t really feel that pressure and that’s the way we like it.”

“We get along so well with the other couples that are successful -- so Bachelorette couples that have made it,” Catherine added. “We all have something in common, which is that we just want to be normal [and] make our relationship work.”
