Star Sightings: Drake Parties in His Hometown, Katy Perry and Robert Pattinson Dine With Pals and More!

There’s no place like home! Drake was back in his hometown of Toronto, Ontario, for the OVO Fest and Caribana 2017.
After performing onstage, the “Signs” crooner, along with singers and rappers like The Weeknd, Migos, French Montana and Travis Scott, enjoyed bottle service at the official OVO Fest After-Party on Aug. 7, presented by OVO Chubbs and sponsored by Rémy Martin Cognac. Drake also managed to cool off during the hot weekend, hosting his own pool party with LeBron James.
Longtime friends Katy Perry and Robert Pattinson dined with a group of pals at The Tower Bar at Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood, California, on Aug. 5. An eyewitness tells ET that Perry arrived at the hot spot just after 9 p.m. and was seated next to Pattinson at a back corner table. "The group was in an upbeat mood," the source said. "They were laughing and smiling the minute they sat down."
Kate Mara celebrated her Haute Living's San Francisco July/August cover story with a dinner at Cliff's Edge in Los Angeles' Silver Lake neighborhood on Aug. 7. After the main course, Haute Media Group co-founder Seth Semilof toasted the Megan Leavey actress, and then guests, including her husband, Jamie Bell, enjoying yummy deserts like beignets and Nutella pudding.
Meanwhile, Gigi Hadid was the latest celeb to partner with Lyft's Round Up and Donate program, which allows riders to round their fares up to the nearest dollar and donate the difference to their charity of choice. The 22-year-model opted to support Habitat for Humanity, and a couple of weeks ago, Demi Lovato picked the ACLU as her charity.
What happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas! AnnaLynne McCord celebrated her 30th birthday at TAO in the Venetian on July 21. The 90210 alum kicked off her fun-filled weekend with dinner at TAO restaurant, enjoying the satay of sea bass and orange chicken, then headed upstairs to TAO nightclub, where she was danced the night away at a VIP table and was presented with a sparkly tiered cake.
Shaquille O'Neal was also in Sin City recently. He dined at HEXX kitchen + bar on July 27, enjoying a stack of pancakes, a signature HEXX omelet and vanilla ice cream. He also showed off his goofy side -- at one point, he turned the waitstaff into workout equipment!
Across the country, Kelly Ripa was among the celebs attending OCRFA's 20th Super Saturday shopping event in Watermill, New York. The morning talk show host mingled with lovely ladies like Molly Sims, Donna Karan and Rachel Zoe at the July 29th soiree, which was sponsored by hint.
Zoe then celebrated her Rachel Zoe X What Goes Around Comes Around pop-in in East Hampton, New York, hosting an event to showcase her vintage-inspired pieces on Aug. 4. She was joined by Sims, as well as Robert Downey Jr. and his wife, Susan Downey. The pop-in will be open through Aug. 13.
Bridget Moynahan and Andy Cohen were among those also spending time in the Hamptons this summer. Last weekend, they sipped on Aperol Spritzes from Aperol’s Ape.
Sometimes work can also be play! Lori Loughlin, Courtney Thorne-Smith, Hallmark Channel & Crown Media Family Networks EVP Michelle Vicary, Bailee Madison and Kimberly Williams-Paisley were all on hand for Crown Media Family Networks’ “Where Hallmark and Hollywood Meet” Summer TCA celebration at a private residence in Beverly Hills on July 27.
Rachel Bilson was also in business mode, but she took a break from shooting the cover of LAPALME on July 26 to pose with the magazine’s creative director, Derek Warburton.
ET recently caught up with Matthew Jordan, who dated Kenya Moore on Real Housewives of Atlanta. Despite things not ending well with his ex, Jordan is still looking to get back into reality TV. "I feel like there's more to be had -- fresh people, fresh interactions, a new image," he told ET over the phone. "Me being viewed totally different than what you guys saw."
As for Moore's surprise wedding to businessman Marc Daly, Jordan reveals he found out about it on Instagram. "It really stung," he said. "At the time it was rough. I really wish them the best of luck. I hope that it's real, I hope that it's genuine and I hope that she really, at the end of the day, is getting what she needs."

The duo weren’t the only reality stars getting their food on. Bachelor in Paradise star Corinne Olympios grabbed dinner with her boyfriend, Jordan Gielchinsky, and a male friend at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood on Aug. 5. An eyewitness tells ET that the group appeared to be "having a great time" and that Olympios and Gielchinsky “seemed really happy.”
Gabrielle Reece hosted the launch of Crosscheck Entertainment’s The Awakening Sea, a science-adventure book with messages of ocean conservation from author Rowena Patterson, at a private residence in Malibu, California, on July 27. The pro athlete’s daughters, Reece and Brody Hamilton, joined her for the evening, which featured Beach Whiskey Co. cocktails. It was the perfect fit for the longtime environmental activist, as $1 will be donated to benefit the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, a non-profit marine preservation organization, with every book sale.
Pretty Little Liars alum Ian Harding celebrated National Blueberry Month at Tom’s of Maine’s Luminous White toothpaste launch in Beverly Hills on July 19. He put his pearly whites to the test with the berry at the event, which benefited Dress for Success.
Cold War Kids helped Samsung celebrate the opening of the Samsung Galaxy Studio at the Americana at Brand in Glendale, California, on Aug. 1. The event was hosted by Yael Cohen Braun and Julie Greenbaum of FCancer, a non-profit organization that Samsung has pledged to donate $100,000 to, and featured an appearance by Game of Thrones’ Nathalie Emmanuel. The rock band played an acoustic set that included their hits, “First” and “Love Is Mystical,” as well as a cover of Rihanna’s “Love on the Brain.”
Liam Gallagher played an intimate solo show at The McKittrick Hotel’s restaurant and performance venue, The Heath, in the Big Apple on July 28. Gallagher sang Oasis hits like "Morning Glory" and "Wonderwall," as well as his new singles, "Wall of Glass" and "Chinatown," off his solo debut, As You Were.
Top Chef winner Richard Blais got to show off his culinary techniques at Santa Margherita’s She Shed Event at the Brooklyn Grange, the world’s largest rooftop farm, in Brooklyn, New York, on Aug. 3. Blais paired his creations with the Italian wine brand’s Sparkling Rose, Pinot Grigio and Chianti Classico.
