Justin Chambers: Official Statement

ET confirms that "Grey's Anatomy" star JUSTIN CHAMBERS checked in -- and out -- of a medical facility this week.

According to a statement from his rep, the actor "voluntarily checked himself into UCLA Medical Center to get help with a pre-existing sleeping disorder on Monday, January 28th and checked out Wednesday, January 30th. He asks that the press respect his privacy and that of his family at this time."
