"It's completely false," the 46-year-old director told ET regarding a report claiming he's involved in a brewing feud with the media mogul. "Nothing is accurate in the article except for my and Oprah's names."

Perry is not the only person vouching for the state of his relationship with his longtime friend. Winfrey's BFF Gayle King commented on the rumors via Instagram on Thursday, writing, "Huh? Just reading @Oprah & @tylerperry are angry w/each other & not speaking if that's true (it"ain't")must have just happened 10 min ago!"

And just last week, Winfrey posed for a picture with Perry while thanking his production studio on Instagram, writing, "Saying "Hello, I APPRECIATE you all" to the cast and crew at Tyler Perry Studios!"
Meanwhile, Perry seems like too busy of a guy to want to be dealing with gossip! Last week, ET was on the set of Fox's The Passion, an upcoming live TV musical with a modern-day telling of Jesus Christ's final days, which Perry is hosting and narrating.
Perry spoke to ET about the authenticity of the project, promising avid Bible readers will not be disappointed.

"We're staying very close to the Bible and not veering off in any weird areas," he promised at the time. "We're just staying right with what the Word says, and how can you go wrong when you stay with the Word?"
