The 20-year-old reality star, who's currently expecting her first child with boyfriend Travis Scott, was spotted out Wednesday with her mother, Kris Jenner, and best friend, Jordyn Woods, at a construction site. A source tells ET that Kylie is "looking for a quieter life, and wants to buy land to build a compound."
According to the source, Kylie wants to build a big house with extreme privacy and a lot of land, and above all, wants what's best for her and her new baby.
"Kylie wants to build a farm, garden and have a horse stable," the source says. "Even a pregnant Kylie is all business."
On Wednesday, Kylie was snapped with both Kris and Jordyn at a construction site in Hidden Hills, California, in photos published by TMZ. According to our source, the property Kylie was checking out sits on over seven acres.
Earlier this month, a source told ET that Kylie is keeping her personal life and brand separate, which is why the reality star has been keeping a low profile during her pregnancy. The source added that while Kylie is definitely looking forward to becoming a mom for the first time, she feels it would be irresponsible to promote or glamorize it, due to her young age.
"Kylie is so excited about becoming a mother, but it's not lost on her that she's not your average 20-year-old," the source noted.
