Things got heated between the 'Jersey Shore' star and the mother of his first child over the weekend.

Looks like Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley are going their separate ways.

Following an explosive fight that reportedly got physical over the weekend, the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star and the mother of his first child have split, E! News reports.

The fight erupted via Instagram Stories on Sunday, when Ronnie wrote, "Note to self, can't turn a natural born HOE, into a HOUSEWIFE, if you find them in the gutter then leave them in the gutter."

He later apologized, tagging Jen in his post. "I want to apologize for earlier to my fans and especially to @tater_tot_kitty," he shared. "I acted out of my gut and not rationally. I should've never acted in such a manor. My deepest apologizes."

Jen also weighed in, writing, "When your man goes all Rob Kardashian on you," referencing Rob's highly publicized social media fight with Blac Chyna in December 2016 when the two were still dating.

The breakup comes just a few weeks after Ronnie and Jen welcomed their first child together, baby girl Ariana Sky. Jen also is a mom to an 11-year-old son from a previous relationship.

It appears Ronnie and Jen have both deleted their Instagram accounts, but according to People (and tweets from @thegoodteatime), Jen went live on Instagram as the two were arguing. The outlet reports that Ronnie could be heard saying, "Put your f**king hands on me again. I dare you. I f**king dare you," before he tried to "wrestle the phone" out of her hand.

Fans who have been watching Jersey Shore: Family Vacation are well aware that problems have been brewing between Ronnie and Jen for quite some time. When the teaser for the Jersey Shore spinoff dropped earlier this year, footage showed Ronnie allegedly cheating on his then-girlfriend, who was still pregnant at the time.

Ronnie addressed the allegations while chatting with ET last month, just days before the show's premiere on MTV.

"You'll see how it plays out throughout the season," he said. "I put myself in certain situations, no pun intended, but it's how you come out of the situation. It's what you do at the end, and it's like, you do certain things that you know you're gonna get ratings."

"I told [Jen] everything that has happened," he added. "There's nothing that has happened that I'm regrettable about. You know, s**t happens... but at the end, you know, what's up, and what's really important."

At the time, Ronnie said he wasn't ready to propose to Jen just yet.

"One step at a time. The next ring I'm gonna buy her is a teething ring," he joked. "I feel like marriage is a big pressure on some people... It's like, if I love you, you love me, let's enjoy our lives."
