The new dad was ‘wiped out’ following an intense workout.

Ryan Lochte is feeling the effects of getting older!

The 33-year-old Olympian took to Instagram on Tuesday to share the aftermath of a three-hour workout.

Red-faced and drenched in sweat while sitting in a car, the swimmer confessed he was “completely wiped out,” following the intense session.

“What’s up guys, I just did a two-hour swim practice, then an hour of weights and I am completely beat,” he said. “Word of advice -- don’t ever get out of shape. Especially when you get older, it is 10 times harder to get back in shape. I am completely wiped out!”

While the pool may have traditionally been a place of work for Lochte, recent social media posts suggest it’s also becoming one of his favorite new places to be a dad.

On Saturday, he posted the most adorable video of his “pride and joy” -- 10-week-old son Caiden -- in a swimming pool for the first time.

“Caiden's first time in the pool. He's already getting Gold medals @tyrsport #CZL #teamtyr #gold#2036olympics,” Lochte captioned the cute clip.
