The 33-year-old actor has completely transformed for his role on the upcoming Netflix series, Maniac.
A slimmed-down Hill sported leather pants and a brown hoodie on set in Long Island, New York, on Wednesday -- but his weight loss is just one piece of his shocking transformation. The actor wore his hair in long braids and showed off tattoos on his hands and neck.
Maniac, based off the Norwegian series of the same name, will follow Hill's character, a patient at a mental institution, who lives out adventures in his dream. The dark comedy, directed by True Detective's Cary Fukunaga, also stars Emma Stone as a fellow patient.
Hill rocked a much different look while filming with Stone last month, as the two were photographed in head-to-toe '80s ensembles.
Maniac is set to debut on Netflix in 2018. See more on Hill's transformation in the video below.
