Reese Witherspoon looked ravishing in a red Draper James lace dress while decorating a Christmas tree. “When you order #Christmas ornaments online... ? #ExpectationsVsReality,” she joked on Dec. 13.
Red garments are always all the rage in December, and Teyana Taylor jumped on that sartorial game, too. The "Maybe" singer rocked a grommet-adorned vintage MCM jacket to her '90s-themed birthday party on Dec. 13.
Much like Witherspoon, Johanna Braddy was set on putting up decorations -- but hit a temporary snag! “After losing my luggage and 5 hours of no power at the ATL airport, this was SUCH a nice surprise to come home to!" the Quantico star wrote on Instagram on Dec. 17. "Thank you so much @katandannie for the beautiful ornaments!”
Zedd was the recipient of a special housewarming gift -- his very own Skittles vending machine! The candy company delighted the DJ with the sweet treat to celebrate the major year he had in 2017, which included earning a GRAMMY nomination, being named one of Forbes’ “30 Under 30” and moving into a new house.
Some celebs are even thinking past Christmas. Lo Bosworth had her sights set on 2018 while hosting a holiday night out with LensCrafters in New York City on Dec. 12 to celebrate eye health.
Alec Baldwin posed with Colin Kaepernick at the Ripple of Hope Awards dinner at the New York Hilton on Dec. 13. The 30 Rock alum was the night’s master of ceremonies, and the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights-hosted event raised over $3 million.
DNCE headlined the 2nd Base*FEST, powered by USAA, in Pensacola, Florida, on Dec. 15. Thompson Square, Lauren Duski and Bobby “Blackhat” Walters also performed at the music festival for military members, veterans and their families.

Rascal Flatts' Joe Don Rooney, Lindsay Ell, ZZ Top’s Billy Gibbons and Trace Adkins also rocked out for a good cause: America Salutes You and Wall Street Rocks Presents’ Guitar Legends for Heroes. The benefit concert, which raised funds for high-impact charities that support military and veterans, will air nationally on Tribune Broadcasting, Sinclair Broadcast Group, Hearst Television, Graham Media Group, Gray and Ion television stations on Dec. 23.
Hillary Clinton posed with the LA City Municipal Dance Squad during the LA Promise Fund’s Girls Build LA Summit, which took place at the Los Angeles Convention Center on Dec. 15. During the program, which challenged women to team up to identify and address social issues in their community, the former presidential hopeful and Kamala Harris addressed over 10,000 public middle and high school students.
On the party front, Cardi B rocked a killer glittery leotard while performing at the DIRTY LEMON x Vogue launch party in New York City on Dec. 14, even keeping a tight hold on the custom cocktail she created: a ginger-lemon flavor of the new wellness beverage combined with Patron.
Halsey joined her boyfriend, G-Eazy, as he celebrated the debut of his third album, The Beautiful & Damned, at 1 OAK Los Angeles on Dec. 14. The “No Limit” rapper surprised fans with a performance of his new song before Halsey jumped on stage to perform their hit together, “Him & I” as well as her song, “Bad at Love.” The cute couple even packed on the PDA all through the night.

The 26-year-old model celebrated its launch with a party at NYC33 on Dec. 18.
Of course, there was plenty of time for celebs to step out for fancy dinners. Jennifer Lopez braved cold temps for a dinner with pals at Good Enough to Eat in New York City on Dec. 14, while Octavia Spencer enjoyed her dinner at RX Boiler Room in Las Vegas so much, she dined there twice, on Dec. 11 and 12. Among the meals The Help star and her guests tried were the scallop dish, RX Grandma’s Meatball and RX Fish-N-Chips.
And Robin Thicke and his pregnant girlfriend, April Love Geary, were spotted having dinner with a large group, including the “Blurred Lines” singer’s 7-year-old son, Julian, at Taverna Tony in Malibu, California, on Dec. 16. According to an eyewitness, Geary was all dolled up for dinner, but the outing seemed to be more focused on Thicke and his son. "It just seemed like they were enjoying a typical family dinner," the eyewitness told ET, adding that while leaving, Thicke made a joke about Julian following in his footsteps and singing for the restaurant's band to make some money. "Robin was really friendly. You could tell that he and Julian were having a good time together."
