Sasheer Zamata joined Priyanka Chopra at the New York Palace Hotel on April 25, where the Quantico star was hosting the CÎROC and Variety kickoff of the 2018 Empowered Brunch Series.

Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi had a super fun family day in nearby Morristown, New Jersey, bringing daughter Giovanna and son Lorenzo to the Mayo Performing Arts Center to see the Disney Junior Dance Party on Tour. Her hubby, Jionni LaValle, snapped this cute pic, which the Jersey Shore star captioned in part, "Gives me life to see my kids so excited and happy!"

Mayim Bialik must have felt like a kid when she nabbed a Nintendo Labo at Amazon’s Treasure Truck in Los Angeles on April 23.

Down the turnpike, The Bachelorette’s Rachel Lindsay took a romantic birthday trip on April 21 to SugarHouse Casino in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with her fiancé, Bryan Abasolo. The couple snuck kisses throughout the night and played a few rounds of blackjack before sitting down for dinner and cocktails at Hugo’s Frog Bar & Chop House. The birthday girl was also surprised with a seven-layer birthday cake topped with over a dozen sparklers and, naturally, a rose.

They weren't the only stars who needed to eat and drink! Nicole Richie and five of her girlfriends dined at FARMHOUSE Los Angeles on April 21, taking over the prime fireplace seating area in the living room as they ordered a variety of dishes, including the Whole Roasted Cauliflower and Sautéed Chicken Livers, and sipped on the restaurant’s signature cocktail, the Thai Basil.

Orange Is the New Black star Lea DeLaria sipped on a beer while sitting poolside with three pals at The Standard in West Hollywood on April 21.

The Tenderloins, aka Impractical Jokers stars Brian Quinn, Sal Vulcano, Joseph Gatto and James Murray, enjoyed tropical poolside drinks at the launch for the new Chase and IHG Rewards Club credit cards in NYC’s Grand Central on April 12.

Also dreaming of the high seas? Drew and Jonathan Scott, who will be hosting a Royal Caribbean cruise called Sailing With the Scotts that will kick off in December 2018. "We cannot wait to set sail with our fans. Jonathan and I have so much exciting stuff planned,” Drew said in a press release, with Jonathan adding, “The newly reimagined Mariner of the Seas will be such an impressive ship, and it’s the perfect place to host a spectacular cruising adventure for our fans."

Partying in a different way was Matthew McConaughey and his wife, Camila Alves, who chilled in the luxe Heart of OMNIA lounge at OMNIA Nightclub inside Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on April 24. They spent most of their time in the DJ booth and dancing there and on the dance floor.

Last weekend saw the celebration of Earth Day, when plenty of celebs went green for a good cause. Ian Somerhalder threw a cold wash laundry party at a laundromat in Los Angeles on April 22. The Vampire Diaries alum hosted the do-good event with Energy Upgrade California, a statewide initiative committed to helping Californians take action to save energy.
