It seems -- keyword, seems! -- as though congratulations are in order for Sydney Sweeney, who appears to be wearing a massive engagement ring.
The Euphoria actress is sparking engagement rumors after she was spotted out in Encino, California on Monday sporting a glacier-size diamond ring on her left ring finger. Her outfit (sans the ring) was pretty casual -- a pastel-colored zip-up hoodie, black leggings and brown boots. Taking a backseat to the engagement ring? Sweeney's new hairdo! The famously blonde actress has gone red.
Sweeney, 24, hasn't confirmed her relationship with Jonathan Davino, whom she's been linked to since at least 2018. The 37-year-old restauranteur reportedly owns a restaurant in Chicago. ET has reached out to Sweeney's rep for comment.
Just last month, Sweeney opened up in an interview for Cosmopolitan's "Love Issue" about why she doesn't date anyone in the entertainment industry.
"I don’t date people in the spotlight. I don’t date actors or musicians or anyone in entertainment because I can just be normal Syd that way and it’s easiest. I have a great support system," she explained. "I have people who will battle for me and allow me to be on the pedestal and shine without making me feel like, Oh no, I’m shining too bright and I need to step back."
So, what does make Sweeney's list? A best friend.
"I need to be able to be with someone who I can literally hang out with 24/7 and never get sick of," Sweeney said, "and we laugh every single day."
