LISTEN: 'Dancing with the Stars' Pro Kym Johnson's 911 Call

ET has obtained the 911 call concerning Kym Johnson's accident that took place almost two weeks ago.

Friday the 13 was an unlucky day for the "Dancing with the Stars" pro dancer this May when she was wheeled out of her rehearsal on a stretcher that was brought to Cedars-Sinai hospital following her neck injury.

"Two of our dancers were attempting a trick," the caller explained calmly. "They both fell down and the female dancer hurt her neck pretty badly."

On the day of the mishap, Hines appeared visibly shaken up by seeing his partner in such pain, saying, "To be honest, I'm not even thinking about the competition now. [I] just hope and pray she's alright."

Kym trudged through her injury, performing with partner Hines Ward that Monday and ultimately took home the season 12 mirror ball trophy.
